Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj has lately become a widely revered teacher, especially with devotees of Ramana Maharshi and the path of self-enquiry. At the age of 33, he experienced the highest truth of non-duality. He left his family to renounce the world in the Indian tradition, but a brother-disciple convinced him that he should pursue his spiritual life while living with his family
