Saint Sara: The Life of Sara Chapman Bull: The American Mother of Sw. Vivekananda

This is the biography of an amazing woman. Almost unknown until now, Sara Bull was a major player in the early days of our movement.It was Sara Bull who helped Swami Vivekananda and his fellow brother monks when they lectured in the US.

She arranged for Vivekananda to speak at Harvard, introduced him to many major college professors, and helped Vivekananda handle the money. She also financed out of her own pocket many different projects and speakers, including the early American swamis.
